The Nigerian Defence Academy 76RC Application Form is the next admission after the completion of the previous admission selection board. For those who have been waiting to become a commissioned Officer in the Nigerian Military, this the opportunity for you as NDA is where the Nigerian military Officers are trained. Before we discuss further concerning the 76RC application form, let us first understand what NDA is all about.

The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) is a military University in Nigeria where Nigerian Military Officers are trained both in academic and military training. NDA students spend the period of 5 years in the academy before they are commissioned into the Nigerian Military.

To join the Nigerian Defence Academy through the 76th RC, You need to meet up with some certain requirements. Please note that the 76rc is different from those who want to join the Nigerian Defence Academy as graduates as their own Commission is called DSSC which means Direct Short Service Commission. NDA 76RC Requirements

  • All the applicants must have a good academic record.
  • You must pass the academy fitness test.
  • You must be a Nigerian citizen by birth or descent.
  • You must be between the ages of 18 and 22 years by 31 December 2024.
  • You must have a minimum height of 1.68 meters for males and 1.62 meters for females
  • You must have at least 5 credits in WASSCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB at not more than 2 sittings
  • You must pass the NDA entrance examination.
  • You must be physically and Medically fit and must be of a Good moral character.
  • Only Results that are not more than 5 years old are to be accepted.

How To Apply For The NDA 76th RC

  • The NDA 76RC starts from Monday, 23rd October 2023 and ends on Tuesday, 19th March 2024. All the applicants should login to the NDA 76RC application portal https://ndaapplications.net/, and select “Purchase Form” pay for their application via REMITA in the sum of N3,500.00 only. Please note that only payment against RRR Codes generated via the application portal would be accepted.
  • The applications forms must be submitted together with the scanned SSCE results online.
  • On the submission of the online application, applicants are to download an Acknowledgement Form
  • Only the applicants who Possess the minimum admission requirements would be considered for the Screening Test.
  • The UTME score for Engineering is 210 points. For those of Arts & Social Sciences and Science is 180 points.
  • You will be required to provide your personal information, including your name, date of birth, and email address. You will also need to provide your academic information.
  • Once you have submitted your application, you will need to wait until the Nigerian Defence Academy shortlist the successful candidates for the 76 Regular Course. If you are accepted, you will be invited to attend an interview with the Academy’s selection board. ALL SHOULD NOTE THAT APPLICANTS APPLYING FOR ADMISSION INTO NDA MUST ALSO APPLY TO THE JOINT ADMISSIONS AND MATRICULATIONS BOARD (JAMB), AND MUST SELECT NDA AS THEIR FIRST CHOICE INSTITUTION. SUCH APPLICANTS ARE EXPECTED TO SIT FOR THE JAMB UNIFIED TERTIARY MATRICULATION EXAMINATIONS (UTME).
